Standard Solution for Galvanic DO Probe.
A Zero Oxygen standard solution containing Sodium Sulphite and Deionised water.
This solution is used as the first calibration point when using QP459 Dissolved Oxygen Meter and E8020 Galvanic DO probe. The probe is immersed in around 50ml of the Zero Oxygen Standard and after around one minute the display is set to 0.0% Oxygen Saturation.
The Top standard is set at 100% saturation in air or flowing aerated water.
The 0% Oxygen Standard Solution is provided in a 500ml HDPE security bottle and has a 2 year expiry date.
