Continuous Monitoring

EDT directION have a wide range of innovative products designed for the continuous measurement of pH, Conductivity, Ions, REDOX : and Dissolved
Oxygen.

These products are useful in: laboratory research; monitoring and control; endpoint detection and process control applications.

Instruments:

 

The QPEX8 Multiparameter Meter and Data logger:

This simple low cost meter connects to any and all of the EDT directION sensors from pH Combination Electrodes to Process Ion Selective Electrodes. Though it does not have a continuous output for control applications, it does have a logging function which stores data in it’s internal memory. This data can be downloaded into Excel for storage or manipulation.

ECMD-1 & ECMA-1 Electrical Conductivity Transmitter Digital and Analogue Output:

These transmitters connect to every conductivity cell manufactured by EDT directION from the Micro Flowcell to the Dip and Pipe Cells. The transmitter has an app which is ideal for simple calibration using a Laptop, PC or PLC.

The digital output provides 6-8 csv data packets every second whilst the Analogue output is via a passive 4-20mA loop.

The pH/ION version is currently in development and will be available in late 2026.

Conductivity Cells:

 

EDT directION produce a conductivity cell for every application. Each cell is compatible with all of our EC meters and transmitters:

• A6000 Conductivity Low Volume Flowcell
• A range of Carbon and Glass Dip Cells
• A5005 Conductivity Glass Flowcell
• Conductivity Steel Pipe Cell

pH Electrodes:

 

We produce a wide range of pH electrodes from the pH Micro Flowcell to Industrial Dip Sensors and Process Control units with ¾” NPT threads.

• Ion Selective Electrodes/REDOX and Dissolved Oxygen Sensors
• Each ISE is compatible with the QPEX8 Multiparameter meter/logger and the new Digital transmitter* The ISEs are produced in a variety of constructions from Micro Flow Through research to Industrial Process Control
• Flowcell options for Laboratory 12mm Electrodes
• Micro Flowcell for pH and Fluoride Measurement
• Industrial rugged bodied electrodes with ¾” NPT threads for in situ work

Standard Solutions and Reagents:

 

EDT directION produce a complete range of standards and solutions for all parameters from pH Buffers to 100 and 1000ppm Ion Solutions. All standards are supplied in 500ml bottles and are available for next day delivery.
